Equipment Maintenance
Mechanics have a means to easily perform initial troubleshooting before entering the worksite. CDS also supports simultaneous logins. Multiple technicians can view and discuss the same issue at the same time. CDS also provides a complete off-site log which is never deleted for each crane. Features include: fault history, automatic alerting, crane checklists, maintenance logs, parts browser, electrical diagrams, and secondary component documentation.
Fault History
CDS monitors and collects individual faults as they occur on the crane. These faults are stored locally and then sent to an offsite server for viewing by a technical team. The fault history is easily searchable by date range and crane. Unlike the crane itself, CDS never loses faults. CDS enables exporting your fault history for Excel.
See the sample export file as a CSV.
Parts Browser
Parts catalogs provided by the crane manufacturer are available in a searchable form. In addition to having parts access for a crane, maintenance personnel also have the ability to compare parts between cranes.
Electrical
Diagrams & Components
Full electrical diagrams for each crane are available through CDS for easy remote troubleshooting.
