There are limits on the number of users with access to a given system.




Can my crane manufacturer access the alarm or production information?

You can control whether your crane manufacture has access to alarm and/or production information. This can be either setup for a limited time period or permanently. If you do decide to provide your crane manufacturer with system access, it is required that a secondary party distribution consent form be signed.




What about future upgrades?

Online upgrades are included as part of a standard service contract.




What is Telematics?
