Crane Data System

The Crane Data System (CDS) was designed specifically for Gottwald© Mobile Harbor Cranes to monitor and collects alarm events, production records, and ambient conditions in real time. The system uploads this data through a secure cellular or satellite wireless data link to a remote server. Authorized personnel can then easily and securely access vital crane information through a standard web browser. All is accomplished without interrupting production or requiring technicians to be on the crane site.

For example, operational personnel monitoring alarms for "100% clogged filters" or "wind speed" can take a crane out of service before serious problems could occur.

Ability to View Historical Trends
Harbor Telematics' Crane Data System (CDS) stores and keeps all maintenance and production records even when the database is emptied on the crane itself as required on the manufacture's data system.
